Joe was born in Roanoke, Alabama  August 13, 1956 and had been employed with the Chambers County Highway Department as an equipment operator.

Survivors are his Mother Mary Adcock of Auburn, Al. Sister Mary Lynn Nelson of LaFayette, Al. Brother Jimmy Carl Adcock of Trussville, Al., Nieces & Nephews. Was preceded in death by his brother Bobby Wayne Adcock.
