John was born on15/6/1982 to John and Jayne armstrong,  he was he was born with congenital heart disease and was taken to liverpool childrens hospital at just a few hours old were the dedicated staff looked after him for the first few weeks of his life.
   16 months later John and Jayne had a daughter named elizabeth (me) who John loved in his own child like way he was always protective of his little sister altho in the next 17 years she tried her best to make his life harder than it already was .
     our mam never really played much of a role in our lives we always used to say our nana (dads mam) was our mother because she played a huge part in our lives god rest her soul John was a very active teenager he was a flag marshal at the local banger racing track he was a big fan of liverpool football club he also played pool and darts in a pub team and won a number of trophies and went drinking with our dad were he started singing on kareoke. John continued to lead a care free life into his 20s he was very active until those final years when his health started to deteriate.he was always tired he couldnt walk very far without getting short of breathe and got pains in his chest he also had a number of nose bleeds.on the 14/5/10 John went into manchester royal infermary to have a heart operation on 17/5/10 John had his operation which was successful on 18/5/10 John suffered a massive heart attack and passed away . the only comfort to me is that John did not no anything about it as he was uncontious the thing that really hurts me is that John was scared stiff of dieing in hospital and that is how he died.
