Centers, John (Papa) age 83 of Monroe, Ohio peacefully passed away Friday, February 3, 2023 at Ohio’s Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. He was born on June 26, 1939. John was self-employed as a Ceramic Tile Setter for over 40 years. He enjoyed fishing, sharing his love of cars with his grandsons and spending time with his family.

Preceding him in death was his wife Joann Centers and his brother Raymond Centers. He is survived by his two sons, John Centers (Kristina), Mike Centers (Jessica), 4 grandchildren; Cody Centers (Rachel), Cameron Centers (Jia), Ashley Centers and Kaitlyn Centers, his brother Mike Centers and many nieces and nephews.

The family is honoring his wish for a private Celebration of Life. His Arrangements are being handled by W.E. Lusain Funeral Home. Due to his love of all animals, especially his son’s dogs and his grandchildren’s cat, in lieu of flowers, the family would like donations be made to All Paws Matter – Allpawsmatterrescue.org in his memory.
