John Titus Chambers was born June 18, 1960 in Valley, Alabama to the late Johnny Lee Chambers and Mary Emma Chambers. He was the youngest of five siblings.
A Time to Serve:
Titus confessed Christ at an early age and joined Bethlehem Baptist Church where he served as a member of the Choir.
A Time to Build:
Titus married Elizabeth Scott May 23, 1983. The union included two sons, Tirus Chambers and Derrick Scott.
A Time to Die:
Titus departed this life May 4, 2011 at 1:31 pm at 50 years of age.
A Time to Mourn:
Titus leaves a devoted wife Elizabeth Scott Chambers; sons Derrick Scott and Tirus (Angela) Chambers; his mother Mary Chambers; one grandson Tyson Chambers; three sisters Mary (Grover) Sims, Gloria Bailey, Priscilla (Willie B) Johnson; one brother Johnny (Piper) Chambers; three sisters-in-law, Annie Ruth (Willie) Jackson, Doris Washington, Juanita (Kenny) Yarbrough; one brother-in-law James Scott; four aunts, two uncles, nine nephews, four nieces and a host of cousins and extended family and friends.
