John D. "Jack" Caulfield of Sicklerville, NJ, age 78, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018, surrounded by his family.

Born in Sharptown, NJ, he was the son of the late Anna DeMaris Newkirk and the late James Caulfield.

Jack retired from Acme Markets. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends. One of his biggest joys was to host family and friends for holiday dinners.

Jack is survived by his sister, Betty Caulfield (Diane), brother Tom Caulfield (Joan), sister-in-law Donna Caulfield, nieces Lori Napuda (Jim), Lisa Dean (Chris) and Linda Sorrels.

In addition to his parents, Jack is predeceased by his brother D. Harry Caulfield and his nephew David Caulfield.

Services will be private.

We are SO sad to hear the news about Jack. He was an amazing neighbor and friend. He was a long time friend of my aunt Julie who lived next door. When I moved in to the house after she passed, he was always so helpful, friendly, and provided a comforting feeling knowing he was there.
We will sincerely miss our amazing neighbor.

Dear Betty & Tom:
It is with a sad heart to learn of Jacks passing. Jack was a wonderful and loyal friend. Although I moved to Chicago almost 30 years ago we kept in touch and shared what was going on in each of our lives.
I will remember Jack for his kindness and generosity, taking care of those in need. He was especially thoughtful looking in on my mother and step father during their illnesses leading to their passing.
Jack had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh out loud when he thought something was especially funny, He was a fun guy to be around.
Please share my condolences with the family and know you'all are in our thoughts and prayers.
