His Life
April 23, 2014

John spent his early years in Denver, CO. He was the youngest of three children born to Rose and John Frazzini. He grew up working in the Frazzini family business along with his sisters Esther and Donna. John graduated from Jefferson High School in 1963 and went on to college in Grand Junction, CO, where he met the love of his life: Sharon (Perkis) Frazzini.

John & Sharon were married 11/26/66 and welcomed their son, David Anthony Frazzini, in 1968, and their daughter, Jeana Marie Frazzini, in 1972. As a Manager for JCPenney’s, John relocated the family to the Pacific Northwest in 1969, eventually falling in love with Ellensburg, WA, where he opened Frazzini’s Pizza Place in 1976.

The Pizza Place was truly a family business, with Grandma Rose and Aunt Donna in the kitchen along with John, Sharon, David, Jeana, Krista, and generations of CWU students. John was very active as a booster, supporter, and cheerleader for CWU athletics and academics alike. He was also involved with the Ellensburg business community in ensuring the vitality of the community.

John & Sharon sold the business in 2000 and spent many years in Olympia, WA. He was a loving and enthusiastic “Poppy” to his grandkids Viola, Jack, Emmett & Griffin.
