Papa, words can't describe the bigger vacuum you have left in my heart. I took this long to write 'cos my heart still can't accept you are no more. From the day I met you, I know I gained a father. When daddy and little Eli left, you stepped in and took over and made me not to feel the profound loss of them. But then you left too. I still can't believe it. You never even saw your namesake. It was the biggest surprise Pa Ro and I wanted to present to you but I believe you are watching over us. I was never just a daughter-in-law, I was your daughter. Never felt the difference. Who will call me everyday, "mama Mimshe". I would so love to hear your singsong voice speak to me once again. But anyways as daddy always said, "it is well". So indeed Papa, it is well. Pray for us your children, both from your loins and those you gained through marriage. Your legacy leaves on.

God looked around his garden and found an empty space. Then he looked down upon this earth and saw your tired face. He then puts his arms around you and lifted you to rest. God's garden must be so beautiful, for he only takes the Best. Eternal Rest upon your soul my dear Father.Amen

Papa still cannot believe you're no more. The compound is so quiet without you. Your 'papa ye woman' I will not hear you call me again... It's hard, but I know you're still here with us and I can hear your whispers. We'll remember you forever.

Today Daddy, your were given your mandate to join heaven and all the hosts of angels welcomed you there. The thought of it only that you left us for heaven wasn't an easy decision both for you and us your kids here on earth.

O Lord, into your loving arms I entrust my beloved father. Please lord let him Rest in Perfect Peace in your bossom.

Papa you were the only one who taught us the value of Patience (Mimshe), the art of detachment from vanity, and the need for selfless service to the community.

All of us have to die and depart this earth one day, and it is the bitter truth. I know you're in Heaven smiling down at us and interceding for us, that has always been your nature and even in the other realm, your spirit remains unshakable... we shall continue to make you proud and happy for your legacy shall remain solid.
