The Ruth household was my second home, even thoughI lived right down the street. John, Donna, Justine and Nate were there for me growing up. John had a voice like thunder which will never leave my memory. His knowledge on everything would leave me in awe, he was the "google" of our neighbourhood. He was a good man and raised amazing children that are still to this day my
dearest friends.

I remember John from High School, and Die Meistersingers. Voted Most Versatile in his class resounds throughout his life story. It is wonderful to read how full his life was, how many peope he touched with love.
How proud you must be, Donna. My sympathy to you and your family. May your memories of John always bring you peace.

I never knew John well but I remember seeing him in high school. I always thought he was a nice looking guy and that he and Donna made an adorable couple. I am so sorry to hear of his passing in this terrible year of COVID 19. I saw John at our high school reunion and would never have guessed that he would be passing so soon.
Thoughts and prayers are with Donna and her family at this sad time.

I will never forget you John. A great man setting a great example to us all. Rest well friend!
