I was a very good friend of Johns in Vietnam and we we're in the same outfit together. I did not know that he had passed two years ago and I am extremely saddened by the loss of a very good friend. I remember the night of his party at his house in NJ when I met his family and he had just been sworn in as a NJ State Trooper. His former Lt. was there, Lt. Joe Sylvia, with his wife Shirley and John was beaming with pride. We we're all getting dressed in our uniforms and having a few beers before going over to the American Legion Hall when John and Joe thought it was a good idea to handcuff me to the chair I was sitting in. That was fine but I was in my jockey shorts and his sister, who I had just met was walking around the house. They said they had lost the key but only kidding. The night was a total success. I could go on and tell you of more experiences we had over there(Vietnam) which we're, believe it or not, very funny. I'm going to pass on the sad news to the rest of the guys because they'd want to know. We love you brother and will miss you very much. From all Delta Units: REST IN PEACE MARINE AND SEMPER FI!!!!

yToday I watched the Blue Angels and the Thunderbirds fly over our house to thank our First responders and Health care workers in these uncertain times we live in today...As a Police Officer my Dad was a First Responder and also an EMT...I truly think he would haved loved to see it today! The last time I saw the Blue Angels was with him at an airshow when I was a kid so today meant a lot to me! I miss you everyday Dadd
