Mr Prentice was born September 15, 1964 in Milford, Mass.He is preceded in death by his father Charles Albert Prentice.

He is survived by his mother Geniveve Theresa Invernizzi. Two Daughters: Megan Stenmark and Paxton Gordon both of West Point, Ga. A son Gary Prentice of Franklin, Mass. A grandson Connor Prentice. Three brothers: Glenn Prentice and family of Murells/Wlet,SC. David Prentice and family of Millville, Mass. and Steven Prentice of Wrentham, Mass.

Mr Prentice was employed with Ready Mix for Sixteen years. He was an animal lover.He loved boating,fishing and the NFL Patriots.
