"I remember the first day I actually got to meet you and your brother , it was at Uncle Johnnie's.  On Jan 1,1992,  five days before I left for the US Navy, bootcamp. It was the same day I met your Dad, my brother, for the first time. I was 18 years old. We all went snow mobiling and had a blast. After bootcamp I got stationed onboard a ship. Once I bought a car made another trip out to michigan and got to see you again before the ship left for the med where I was for three years. "I'm sitting here today so grateful you decided to stay the night with us last Saturday. We had so much fun with you. Your stories had us laughing so hard and you could see the excitement in your eyes as you were talking to me and Adam even though we wouldn't let you jump to another story before you finished the one you were already talking about. I'm going to hold the memories close to my heart forever."

"I'm so happy you came to mine and Kippers house for Thanksgiving! I asked you to take me for a spin on your bike and you said, "come on" so off we went. It was my first time on a Ninja bike. We went really fast and I loved it. Like I told you, Kip and I kind of putts around on our Harley. Kip says his fast days are over."
