Hey daddy, it's me Fred. I'm off to church tomorrow. I will be praying to God that you will be watched over and will rest in peace. Dad I know that God will send you to await at the gates of heaven where we will be reunited.

It hurts to think that you are not here anymore. Although I can’t help but smile with tears in my eyes to think of how we cherished each and every moment of our lives together when you were alive. I was with you every step of the way by your side holding your hand until the end I miss you daddy.

R.I.P John . I sat with you one of the days you were in intensive care talking to you . I was so upset when Fred told us of your passing but I did hear some brilliant stories from your children . I was honered to have known a wonderful man albeit only for a short while xx much love John xx

Dad, I will never forget the times that I'd ask if you wanted to go for a walk early hours in the mornings. 

One of those times was when we loved sitting on the beach and one night looking toward Brighton I decided to push you all the way there at 2:00 in the morning.  Don't ask what I was thinking...

The blow up dinghy!

Hey dad, I remember the time when I was young and we went to Worthing where you brought a blow up dinghy!

Wow!.. It lasted until I got to the water and it burst... You could stop laughing, didn't last that long at all.
