I am going to miss the days/nights at the Butner Sports Arena, or on the ball field when John was either coaching, being a SGAA Board member, or as a commisioner. He truly loved what he did for and around the kids. He was such an inspiration to so many. RIP my friend.

To the family of "LittleJohn" as we called him when he was young, we extend our sympathy and love to all of you. All through the years the Blalock family treasured the fine neighbors all of you were. The friendship of our children. "John" was such a kind, polite, giving, helpful
young man. He was truly an inspiration and gift from God to have known him. May God reconcile all of you for our loss, his eternal gain.
