Jolynn Harbour was born Aug.16,1960 and survived a carbon monoxide accident that took the lives of her mother Jody and grandmother. After years of committed fatherhood to his handicapped daughter Bill Harbour died in 2008. "Sis" continued to live and touch lives until her passing. She is survived by her brother Robert Harbour. In lieu of services, loved ones may donate to MRDD for developmental disabilities in her name.
