His Life

Organ Donor

November 8, 2011

Jonathan was a very caring, and giving person. He was, you know that saying " He would give the shirt off his back"  Well that was My Son, when he would see a homeless person even if he didn't have any cash on him, he would say, "Mom, hurry give them some money they need it more than we do".. My Son, was the light of my life, actually, he was the light of everyone that knew him, he was like that brightest, most shiny star that you see at night, he would walk into any room and everyone would just stop and stare, he just had that about him, his walk, his stature, just everything about him was amazing, my niece was watching him get ready for prom one year, and just gazing at him, I asked her, he is handsome isn't he? And she said,"No Aunti, he is FANCY".. that was My Son FANCY.. everything about him was amazing, everything he did was amazing, he was on his way to being an amazing man with an amazing life, he had done so much, and had so many plans to do so much more, he had a heart of gold, he had his quirks oh believe me, but none of those quirks, ever, ever will outweigh him being AMAZING,I remember on his 21st birthday is when he chose to become an organ donor and he was so excited, he called me and said "Mom, guess what I just did?" and with him you just never knew, and he said "I became an organ donor"! I was so upset w/him as I didn't know the 1st thing about organ donation, and I said, SON!" Why would you do that? and his simple response was "MOM, that way I can help all these people and be in lots of places at the same time like I have always wanted to!"..that was My Son. The day My Son

left this earth changed my life and so many other lives forever, I just hope the people that were blessed with his genoristy, know how very, very special they now are to have a part of MY SON!
