His Life

My father Jonathan Clements

January 9, 2019

Daddy was an amazing father to me and my 2 older sisters wendy and amanda and our younger brother Joshua... He was a wonderful, devoted husband to our mother Kathy Clements...and a PERFECT pawpaw to the grandkids... He loved hunting ,fishing, camping, and we all know he LOVED his family... He was our hero our everything... He always gave everyone he met a chance and if he didnt care for you then there was a very specific reason.. His kindness and compassion was more than ive ever seen in any other person.. He went above and beyond.. I know myself i was very close to daddy and so was my son (his grandson whom he helped me raise) i contribute alot of who domonic is because of my dad.. He taught him things I as a mother couldnt.. He loved all of his grandbabies especially the extended ones (kyra cheyann and jayden and hailey) he loved with his huge heart unconditionally... And watching my mom and his relationship? Well it was like it was plucked out of a fairytale book.. He told me this story a zillion times.. He said "the 1st time i layed eyes on your mother i instantly knew i would spend the rest of my life with her" and he did... He stood by her through the good and the bad... They only knew each other 2 months when they married and began to have us 4 kids (well adults now) he was a veitnam veteran he served his country proudly along side his best friend keith wickens. And despite how they were treated when they came home from veitnam he held his head high.... He will forever be our hero... Words arent enough to describe how much we all love and miss him... And every minute of everyday our hearts are empty without him.. He truly was 1 of a kind.. Daddy i love and miss you so very much i still expect you to walk out of your bedroom every morning even though its been 5 months it still feels like yesterday... Im so grateful i got the opportunity to tell you days before you passed how grateful i was for being lucky enough to be your daughter.. And how grateful and how much i appreciated and loved you for without hesitation stepping in and taking domonic in your arms and being his father figure..my daddy couldn't and never will be forgotten.... WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH...❤❤❤❤ I invite anyone who knew and loved him to contribute any memories or stories theyve had with our father as he influenced alot of people...Go to the stories icon and click on it to share your memories and stories please....
