To the Ramirez Family. A Father's Love is so special. There will be times when you will miss him most. At those times, remember the kind words that he spoke to you. Remember the stern instructions that he gave you. Remember the special moments that he shared with you, and you will realize that he is with you always. Praying a prayer of comfort for you as you go through this difficult time.

First Time I met Jose 5 ish years ago, We shook hands at a family barbecue him and his wife hosted. Legend is [Handshakes] certainly play a part in generating a first impression. Jose's was True and Strong. Strong eye contact. His signature lean in to me, soft spoken, low voice, to tell me his Daughter, then dating my son, " She work hard like me " Sticks with me to this day. Esther has to be tired of me telling that story. Our common ground was having a great meal with family. I'll miss his signature dance moves as he displayed at his daughter's wedding. I can guarantee his dance moves have been passed on to his son's, Noah, and his grandson's.

My loving father, you made me the man I am today. You are the best father any son and daughter can have. I will miss our baseball talks. Best memories when we worked together at Foremost. Right after I got promoted, you whisper in my ear, you are my boss here but I am your boss at home lol. Until we meet again. I love you papi.
