Mary Ann and Family:

I would like to wish you my warmest condolences. I have thought long and hard about what to say because there is so much, but I remembered that the most meaningful thing I can do and say is that I am praying for all of you. As the days and years go by it will only be God that can bring you through, so while the road will be long and rough know that I do still love all of you, and of course I will be praying for you, now and forever.

Love,

Rebecca E. Dunn-Levert

Praying for peace and comfort to the family! Bro. Joseph was such an encouragement and an inspiration! He was an example of a true psalmist in word and deed! I am forever humbled to have made his acquaintance!

I grew up hearing Bro Joseph Jr sing beautifully and give praise to the Lord for 'All He has done.' I am thankful for having the privilege of knowing him and his family from Grandmother Sister Viola Camp, father Bro Joseph Camp Sr and his beloved Mother Sister Pinkie Camp.  Much love and prayers go out to Sister Mary Ann, Trey, Edith, Judith, Daniel and Ella.  This is also true for Sister Shirley, Sister Lisa, Bro Stanley, Twyla, Joyna and Stanley Jr.  May God comfort and keep you all through your loss and heaven's gain. My sincere apologies to anyone I missed.  My prayers extend to you as well.

Love,
BriJinda Smith (Sis Elaine's daughter)

Lisa,

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your brother. As we discussed, Joseph and I go way back. I have a lot of good memories of he and I at your parent's house, the Church and starting our families together. Even though in the recent years we did not see each other a lot, it was always to a pleasure to see him whenever I stopped by the church. I will always cherish the memories.

Sincerely,

Mary Ann,

I don't really have words to say concerning the loss of Joseph.  It seems like it was just yesterday, we were starting our families and lives.  I have so many memories of those early years when we were all in our teens. Those times will never be forgotten.  Mary Ann, I am so sorry for your loss.

Sincerely,

On behalf of the RCOG Young People we would like to say thank you Bro.Joseph for all the love, care, and encouragement you shared among the young people. You devoted so much time and effort to choir and play practices. On numerous occasions you got on to us about being on time and singing loudly. At the time we did not understand the importance but now we realize you were trying to instill life lessons. Thank you. Welcome to heaven Bro.Joseph. We love you!!

Dearest Mary Ann. Some people leave a lasting impression on others. You & Bro. Joseph left that impression on us when you visited Cleveland nearly 40 yrs ago. You shared with us your love story that we have never forgotten and that love has stood the tests of time for the last 42 years. How beautiful!
Gary and I love you and are praying for you and your precious family.

Joseph, my love of 42 years, thank you for loving me the way you did and being a good father to our children and grandchildren. I will forever miss you. I can't believe you are gone, but I knew you was tired and now you are resting in the arms of Jesus. Rest in peace my baby. until we meet again.
