Joseph D. Cataldi, age 89, of Maple Shade, NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 13, 2021. He was born on April 4,1932 to Samuel and Bessie Cataldi.
Beloved husband of 56 years to his deceased wife Frances (nee Benigno) and loving father of deceased children: Joseph P. Cataldi and Judith Geissinger. Loving brother of Mary Reimel (1931 - 2015), Jean Mai, and Dolores Masi. He was a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews, and caring grandfather to Deanna Cataldi and Philip Cataldi.
Joe was the owner of South Jersey Tile and Ceramics and an avid horse racing enthusiast. He will be remembered as a personable man with a genuine love of family and friends and was blessed in his later years by his loving friendship with Noreen Boyle whom he met at Maple Shade Mews.
The funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 236 E Main St, Maple Shade, NJ 08052, on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 11:00 AM.
