Joseph Keith Diamond was born in Southside Hospital in Bayshore, Long Island, New York, on May 15, 1957, to the late George Henry Diamond and Inez Eloise Hunter Diamond.

He was raised in Amityville with his brothers where he attended high school. Later in life he married Tina Jackson. Joe lovingly adopted her children. Prior to his marriage, he had 3 daughters.

Joseph was known as “Mexi” to the locals in Talladega. He assisted with the repairs of cars, roofing and floors. If you ever needed anything Joe was your Man, “Your Go-To Guy”.

Joseph departed this life Tuesday, April 9th at the home of his Mother. Joseph is survived by his mother Inez Diamond; his daughters, Keisha, Dana, Jasmine Diamond; brothers George and Sister in-law Lilly Diamond, Paul and Sister in-law Kim Diamond; Sister Mogol Lawson; and Grandchildren the late Darren Diamond and the late Irvina Sexton; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends.
