Joseph Foulke, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2019.

Joe was born on August 26, 1957 to the late Jack and Bette Foulke.  He attended Clayton public schools and graduated Gateway High School in 1975.  In his youth he enjoyed midget racing and that continued into his love for NASCAR.  He enjoyed coaching little league baseball when his son Michael was younger.  He loved being a grandfather and making Etta laugh.  He worked most of his life as a plasterer and took pride in his work.  Joe will be missed for his sense of humor.

Joseph leaves behind his companion Marge Shinkle, her daughter Samantha Shinkle; his son Michael Foulke (wife Justina) and granddaughter Etta; his brother Martin Fulmer Sr. and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to gather Saturday, March 2, 2019 from 10 am to 12 noon at Fertig Funeral Home, 63 N. Main St., Mullica Hill, NJ 08062 to remember Joe.

Ill always remember Joe as a friend I could count on at anytime. We shared many a day and night through the 70s working on and driving our hot-rods either at his house or mine, what fun we had. I will miss him as I`m sure many will. My deepest sympathy to Marge and Joes Son and Daughter. He sure did smile while speaking of his Grand-Daughter. We will meet again someday :(
