You would have been 89 years old in September, Dad. Miss your wild sense of humor.

I remember when he was living with us back in Illinois 15 or 20 years ago, I was still in elementary school at the time. But we'd walk to our local rec center and he'd just be talking with everyone like they were old friends. He sure could tell a story, and had the most infectious laugh I'll never forget. And yes, he'd make everyone guess how old he was and they'd always be at least 30 years off. He'd loved to watch the shock on their faces when he'd tell them I was his grandson rather than just his son lol

He was always proud of the fact that he didn’t look his age. He would go around betting strangers $20 that they couldn’t guess his age and most of the time, they fell for it. Another side hustle- Lol

May God rest his soul and hold a special place in heaven for him.

Who knew he was such a handsome guy.
But he was such a funny guy God bless him
