This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Joseph Stanley Lancaster 89 years old , born on March 31, 1900 and passed away on August 16, 1989. We will remember him forever.
Served in WW1 and WW2. Married to our Mum Reta nee Gibling formerly Adams. Father of Sherryn and the late Tony. Father in law to Venod Mehta and the late Edward Anderson and to the late Margaret nee Hall, wife of Tony. Grandad of Shane, Katrina, Garth and Tania. Special Grandfather of Nalene.
A survivor of German POW camps and the Lamsdorf Death March, WW2. Always a loving and gentle Father with an inner strength. You are missed by us all.
