i didnt know the mom nor dad or the baby,but i know what this family is going thru.from time to time i go to this site b/c joshua jr reminds me of my grandson wyatt.such a sad tradgety for a little guy,but you are safe now away from all the bad people.may you rest in peace fly with the angels and dance with the stars..

From the moment I heard about this sweet boy and the tragedy of his passing, my heart has been bearing the grief for this sweet boy's family. I chose to light a candle because every time I've seen his face it has been like a loving light in this dark world. I don't know this family personally but I lift them up in prayer all the time. Little Joshua is in heaven and is so joyful, of this I am certain. God bless your family Joshua Jock Jr., they love you so so much and can't wait to be with you again in heaven my love.

Joshua Alan Jock was born on November 14 2013 to Joshua A .Jock Sr
and Whitney Whalen Joshua had some medical problems when he was born that his parents was getting treatment for and on November 9th 2013 the 3 of the went out to Children's hospital in Buffalo NY so Joshua Jr could have surgery on a hernia that he was born with while they was out there CPS came in and took custody of Joshua Jr his Mom and Dad fought to get their son back doing everything they was told but everytime they went back to court CPS added something new for them to do after 1 year in foster care CPS placed Joshua Jock with his Mother's aunt a lady that had a history with CPS a lady that had a daycare shut down in the past by cps but after all that she again had a license to run a daycare and was now approved to be a foster Parent well on July 27th 2015 her 14 year old Daughter who was left alone to watch 2 toddlers strangled my 1 year old Grandson ending his young life
2 months later all is hush hush on the case but This Grandmother doesn't plan on giving up I want justice served on the ones that did this to my grandson and I want CPS to change the way they do things if they would have worked with my son and his girlfriend maybe my grandson would still be alive if they had placed him with the grandparents or a different family member maybe my grandson would still be alive but no none of this happened this worker had a problem with me she even admitted she had a problem with me and due to that my Grandson paid the price with his young life please help us bring justice for Joshua and all the other innocent children don't let anymore suffer and pay the price with their life because CPS thinks they are GOD

Im laying a flower in memorie of my sweet little angle. the reason i picked the flower is that the last time i was able to see you. you had picked this yellow little flower and i still have that little flower my sweet angle mommy misses you so much and so sorry for letting u get taken from us to soon baby boy. wish i was able to see you one more time i would just hold you so tight and kiss you.mommy misses and loves you so very much baby boy. well be together soon. but intill then sweet angle mommy loves and misses and thinks about you every min. of everyday ur always on my mind and heart.<3 love you my sweet angle boy. love but not forgotten

THIS IS A UPDATE ON THE DEATH OY Grandson Joshua A Jock jr his mom and Dad met up with the D.A. Of Chautauqua county it was a private meeting and at that time the D.A. explained how thei son was killed the 14 year old girl who murdered him had been babysitting for him and another toddler all day and when it got time to get them settled down she had taken the little girl upstairs and Joshua Jr kept following her around and it got on her neves so she picked him up and hung him on a door knob she told the D.A that she knew that this might cause him harm but she still did it the 14 year old will not be chaged with anything the D.A said that she will either be under house arest till she is 21 or they might just get her into counsling so they can get her the help she needs for what she did Paula Mason Reeves her mother and the woman that owned the day care and left this 14 year old in charge will not be chaged with anything the D.A'S reason? because Paula was not home at the time when they asked the 14 year old why she didn't peform CPR on my Grandson she replied because she did not know how to perform CPR she was never trained if you are wondering how they know what she said is true it's because The D.A said there was a video tape that backed up her story it showed my grandson follow the 14 year old up the stairs and they was gone for about 20 minutes to a half hour and then it showed her carying his lifeless body down the stairs i know that my Grandson more then likely suffered in his last few minutes of life i will always hold a grudge against Chautauqua county and CPS .

I really hope you know that me not getting to see or spend much time with you was not my choice i had so many plans for you and your cousin Elizabeth there was plans of camping fishing days at the park trips to the fair and the zoo and many many other things that i will never be able to do with you because your life was stolen away from you but i do promise that changes will be made so no more children suffer as you did and i promise justice will be served on all the ones that was involved in ending your life to soon and i promise you baby you may not be with us but you will always be in our hearts and you will never be forgotten i love you and miss you my little sunshine shine bright
