It’s so hard to believe 12 years have gone by since you left… Time passes so quickly and I’m so thankful for the years I had to love you- and that I cherished so many many moments of the time I spent with you. I miss your smiles and hugs and the way you loved everyone (especially Garth)..I promise to be more loving like you. I listen to Garth a little- and everyone who loves and misses you smiles inside when we hear a Garth song. I imagine you and Grandpa singing Baton Rouge together today- waiting for the rest of us to join your party. I love you Buddy.

It’s hard to believe it’s 8 years you’re gone, I think of you often and especially when I’m with your mom and those sweet grandboys, she’s such an amazing grandma.  All the extended family is growing but you still are in our hearts and missed very much.

Happy Birthday Josh! I miss your hugs and smiles every day. Your light still burns so bright and I will love you forever. Your nephews are learning about you as we tell them stories about you. You would love playing with them! Joshua wonders if he’ll see you somewhere and the other day Henry was staring at a picture of you on a mower and he reached out to you and said “Hold me!” He would love riding on your lap! We all miss you so much!

Happiest day of your moms life was 39 years ago the day you were born! I think of you often buddy, I miss your hugs and being with you. Your mom is an AMAZING Grandma now and teaches Joshua and Henry lots of cool things; art, music, songs, gardening, cooking! She’s so talented Josh! I hope your enjoying eternal life with the Lord and your playing music and worshipping God! Life goes fast so we’ll be there with you soon!

Though we never met and though you have left your earthly life, you are forever loved. You are making a difference today through your mom. I hope that my vibes of love reaches you on your earthly Happy Birthday!

Even though I didn't know Josh...I can feel him every time Linda shares stories about him!

GARTH!!!! He was always good for a smile and if you met him with one it would escalate into a major grin and we'd both be chuckling after a moment.... the little clap and way he'd throw his chin forward in a little dance when we drummed... love you Josh!

Taking care of Josh in Hawaii was one of the most fun "jobs" I've ever had!
Josh was a free spirit, and he brought out the best part of me, for which I feel forever bonded to him, and to his momma.
