7 years and you're still being missed by all of us who truly loved you. No day passes without remembering one thing we could have been sharing with you. We've carried out the land mark activities exactly as you wanted it. What more can we say or do? Enough of mourning De. Our promise is to always and forever celebrate you. Rest In peace De

There is surely a great deal of joy in heaven today as we here on earth remember you on a day that should have been your 72nd birthday. We your family will always remember you as our great mentor, compassionate and the wise natural diplomat topped with unrivalled sense of humuor. The world will continue to remember you as the passionate and great Diplomat, astute in matters of conflict resolution, negotiations and maintainance of political, economic and social relations with other countries. For me, you were my hero, mentor, father figure, brother, best friend, the man who had answers to my endless questions about life and career, the man who was tactful and skillful in managing delicate situations, handling people etc. My list of what you represented for me is endles. I miss you and all that you represent. We your family will forever be proud and thank God for giving you to us, though not for as long as we would have wished. Happy Birthday dearest De and continue to rest in the Lord's bossom.

4yrs already, since you joined the saints triumphant, on that wintry dawn, to sing heavenly Choruses. We were inconsolable then as life without you as big brother was inconceivable. We are now reassured that you like Papa, Mama and Chukwuma have gone to a better place, where all wonderful people go to rest Continue to rest in the Lord's bosom Dearest De. Forever in my heart you will be

It has been 2 years since restlessness made me sit up,feeling something was terribly wrong, then that phone call came at 2.30 am to announce your departure from this earth. We will never forget you De, but continue to rest in peace with the Lord, free from pain and earthly concerns
