Life will never be same without you. You are missed and you are loved. I wished you were still here....

So many things I can say and so many things we never got to say. I love you and I know you know that. I see memories of my Facebook of you all time but I'm always thinking of you. I wished you were here so we could both enjoy your fatherhood. Life isn't fair and I'm sorry for ever disappointing you. I hope keep close eye on us all because you are loved and missed daily.

My little friend Josh

Josh and his wife rented 3 different places from me.  One 802 North Western and 614 West Maple.   Them my 4 bedroom came open and Josh was excited because it had a long garage  on sample property.   He loved to work on things and had alot of tools.  When we started fixing up the house he was excited and eager to help. He helped take out floor on back porch and replace it. Helped lay flooring and new carpet through entire house.  He did most of the painting and wanted to rent this house as well.  He spent lots of his time in that big garage and wanted to buy the house but his wife made a deal with her Aunt to purchase  a house from her.  He would tell me what he was doing and from time to time ask my advice about things.  He was so proud of his accomplishments working on their house. The last day of his life he and I was texting each other. The garage has sence burnt and he is gone.  I will always think of him as a Son I never had and loved him alot.  Rest in peace little buddy
