Joyce Lee (Meece) Sears-Beck was born in Somerset Ky to Zelma Bell ( waters) Meece and Onie Lester Meece. She has 1 sister Marian Elaine (Meece) Evans and twin brothers Carl Meece and Carroll Meece.
