David, Angela and Michael, Joyce loved all of you. She also loved teaching her many students through all the years. She will be missed, but know that her love will always be with each of you. May God hold each of you in the palms of His hands and give you peace and comfort during this difficult journey.

David and Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Just know that the Lord's promise is that you will be reunited as Joyce has left from this temporary life to life eternal. Be comforted that your family will be united at the midnight cry.

I had the honor and privilege of having Ms. Whitfield for health and PE, but the best was living next door to her in later years. She was always so cheerful and kind to be around, and always ready to help you in a moments time. David and family, i wish i could take away your pain, she will be missed but know that you will see her again. I pray that God will give you peace through this time of grief.
