Merchant Joyce was born in October in 1945 and passed away suddenly July 2019. Joyce was a long time resident of Dayton. She was an avid reader, like to travel and loved the casino. Joyce was preceded in death her parents Willie A. Merchant Sr. Katie Merchant. Siblings Willie A Merchant Jr, Beverly Allen and Brother in law Donnie Allen and her son Derek Merchant. Joyce is survived by her sister Linda Conley and a host of family and friends. The memorial service will be held at W.E Lusain funeral home at 2455 Stanley Avenue, Dayton, OH from 1-2 pm on Tuesday, August 27, 2019. There will be no repass.
