Juan Carlos Alonsoperez, known as JC, passed on Feb 10, 2019, at age 71 after a brave fight with ocular melanoma.
He was born in Uruguay and came to the USA as a young man looking for adventure. He was beloved for his generosity and humor and enthusiastic zest for life. He was an avid chef, and loved to travel.
Survived by his wife, Sandy, nee Sprauer, his brother Rafael (Tita) in Puerto Rico, his sister-in-law Cindy Boyer (Dennis) and his family in Uruguay: sisters-in-law Scarlett Chiossi and Martha Alonsoperez, nieces and nephews Ana Inez Alonsoperez-Cassella, Maria Laura Orsi-Alonsoperez, Francisco Alonsoperez-Bordon, Maria Jose Brito-Alonsoperez, Martin Alonsoperez-Chiossi, and their children.
Predeceased by his Father Joaquin and mother Julia (Chi-Chi) Alonsoperez-Miguez and his brothers Joaquin and Jaime.
He worked in many positions including many years as a journeyman moldmaker at Wheaton Industries and a technician at Verizon.

Friends and relatives will be received at Woodruff United Methodist Church, 4 East Finley Rd, Bridgeton, NJ 08302 on Saturday, Feb 16 at 10am, Services 11am. Interment private at the convenience of the family.
