Juanita C. Reiter, Nee Hewitt, 97, affectionately known as Neety, of Harrisonville, NJ, passed away on May 16, 2022 at home surrounded by her family.
She was the beloved wife of the late Jeremiah Everwine and the late Rev. John Reiter. Devoted mother of sons Jeremiah “Jerry” N. Everwine and his wife Sharon of Harrisonville, NJ and Dwight Reiter and his wife Sue of Clarksburg, WV, loving grandmother of 9, along with many great grandchildren, and also survived by her close friend Ginny Hewitt.
In addition to her late husbands, she is predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Margaret (O’Brien) Hewitt and siblings Joseph, Everett and Robert.
Juanita was a devout Christian, was a seamstress for many years and enjoyed helping others.
Viewing Thur. May 26, noon to 1:45pm at Mullica Hill Baptist Church, 18 S. Main St., Mullica Hill, NJ, 08062, where her funeral service will begin at 2pm. Burial in the church cemetery.
