This memorial website was created in memory of our beloved Juanita Cummings, 83 years old , born on August 5, 1935 and who passed away on December 31, 2018. Our family wanted to create a space that would allow all those who were touched by Juanita's bright spirit to share their stories, memories and love.

Juanita's family invites you to celebrate her life on Saturday, February 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at Ceres Christian Church at 3502 Roeding Road, Ceres.  Lunch will follow.

I sure will miss my sister in the Lord, Juanita.  Whenever I even hear her name, I think of that huge laugh.  So many funny times we've shared.
Juanita was always such an encourager to me.  Seems like whenever I sit in church at Richland Faith Assembly, I glance back over my shoulder to see momma Juanita doing her little shoulder shrug and wave to me.
My father-in-law, Pastor Stewart, recall Juanita as such a solid rock of a Sunday School superintendant.  Never forgotten the great work she did, and the many lives touched through her ministries.
I'm mostly thankful for her joy, Terry, my sister in the Lord forever.
Lisa & I look forward to a wonderful future with Terry as our closest friend and sister.
Love you !!!

Juanita was a wonderful, beautiful, joyful light in my life. Her daughter Terry is an aunt; she and my mom are best friends. I always enjoyed Juanita's laugh, funny stories, and the way she loved her family. When I was a young girl, I remember playing with the dollhouse at her home, and just loving every minute. I'm so thankful that I got to have her in my life. We Weimans sure will miss her, and pray peace for the Cummings family as they remember her precious life.

It's been 53 days since you left but it wasn't "Good-bye" it was "See you later" However I already miss your contagious laugh and sense of humor. No matter what I was going through you always had a word of encouragement, no matter how dire I thought my situation was. There have been a few times now that I wanted to "call Auntie" because there was something I had to tell you, whether it was something funny or more serious and you would always answer my calls with "Oh Hi Jennifer!". My children and I were beyond blessed to have had you as an Aunt and we will cherish our memories with you. I love you so, miss you terribly but I look forward to seeing you again...

Juanita was a light in my life and in the world. Her wonderful humor, smile, laughter and encouragement will be remembered forever.  She was a role model for showing the purist unconditional love and deep faith. Her family meant the world to her. Terry, Jim, Roger and to the Cummings family, I send my love & condolences. Juanita couldn't of had more love and support surrounding her. Your hearts will always be connected.

Juanita has played a huge part in my life, starting with babysitter, Children’s Church Pastor and mother to my best friend. She always had a word of encouragement or advice to share and I always enjoyed my times with her. Her loving, joyful, adventurous spirit will be missed by so many. She leaves a wonderful legacy with her family. My family will always cherish her memory and send our love to Terry, Roger, Jim and all the family. ❤️
