Mom, I hope that Bill is safe and with you and Dad now. I took the best care that I could of him. I was with him when he died. I wouldn't leave him alone. i stayed with him in the hospital overnight for 18 hours straight. I love and miss him terribly and wait for the day when we will all be reunited again. I'm doing the best that I can now which isn't so great but I'm managing. I hate being the last Gambert. I hope that you are at peace and are caring for my dogs and even my cat. I miss and love all of you.
Alicia - 3/28/21 Btw, I know your birthday is coming up. I had major problems on Bill's birthday and Carol is so absurd that I had to cut off contact with her but Bill expected that.

You said "I like to think she and my father are together now",and that is a lovely thought. That is the way I see her, and I know this would make her happy. I always respected and enjoyed your Mom's intelligence and wry sense of humor. She will be missed.

My Mother was an incredible human being! T most people she seemed a shy, serious career housewife, but in actuality, she was a trmendouslly gifted Professional Artist (Watercolorist) with a rapier wit and great sensitivity in assessing people's needs. I will always miss her!

She was a loving mother and a terrific grandmother to my daughter Lauren as well and she learned in her old age to love dogs, especially my little dachshund Jessie whom she referred to as "her granddog". I miss all of your wonderful insights and cooking Mom. Lots of love,Alicia

Judith & Lauren

January 13, 2012

My mother's love for her granddaughter was exceptional & limitless!!

Judy was thrilled beyond words from the moment I told her when I found out I was pregnant until she drew her last breath with her beautiful granddaughter and she had reason to be.

Lauren is an amazing young woman who has overcome many obstacles to become the talented, incredibly brilliant and gifted Medical professional that she is today!!  We, I, her mother and her Uncle Bill, are exceptionally proud of all that she is and will continue to become.  Her grandmother Judy's and grandfather Herb's great love for her, I know will continue to inspire her throughout all of her years in whatever endeavors she chooses.

With much love,

Mom,

Alicia
