Dear Jill, Lance and Wendy, "If you contribute to other people's happiness, you will find the true goal, the true meaning of life." Your Mom did that. We so remember and have fond memories of the wonderful family gatherings she and your father held in their home that we attended with so much delicious foods and desserts. We always had a good time with all the family. Our heartfelt sympathies on the loss of your dear mother.  Sincerely, cousins Ed and Anita Anderson

Her Life

A Life Well Lived

November 18, 2022
Judy was born on November 19, 1939 in Jersey City and she and her sister Taffy were raised there as proper Catholic girls by their parents, John and Harriet. After receiving her nursing diploma in 1960, Judy worked in many different positions and locales before settling in at Kimball Medical Center. She worked there for over 27 years before retiring to work part-time for another 7 years at Ocean Endosurgery Center. She was truly a life-long nurse; taking care of others was not just her job for almost 45 years but also a calling throughout her life, making sure others were taken care of even after leaving this world. Her family was of supreme importance to her, and luckily we will have many happy memories to sustain us. Judy was also a fantastic friend, making new friends all the time...she really was a social butterfly!
Judy entered the gates of Heaven on November 11, 2022. She is predeceased by her adoring husband, Ed, and the two are surely dancing together now. Together they will be watching over their 3 loving children and their spouses: Jill and Andy Pavlick of Howell, NJ, Lance and Debbie Raleigh of Pulaski, NY, and Wendy and Chris Zuchristian of Virginia Beach, VA. Judy is also survived by her 9 caring grandchildren and their significant others: Drew & Elise, Dean & Julie, Dustin & Brenna, Kathleen, Caroline, Charlie, Margo, Paige, and Troy, and also by 2 adorable great-grandaughters, Natalie and Nora.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
