Judy had two children. The first born March 30, 1969 Jennifer Lynn Brant and the second  June 27, 1973 Charles Wayne Wisner. Judy loved being a mother and gave her children everything she could. She also had a granddaughter Heather Marie Nestor and 3 great grandbabies Dylan,Chloe and Mason. Judy loved camping, beaches cookouts. She loved her dogs Mitzee, Maggie May, Louie and Sammi Jo,  Her favorite color was red. She loved chocolate peanut M&M's. Every morning Judy drank at least one cup of coffee. She enjoyed going  shopping, flea markets and yard sales and any kind of shopping with her daughter. She enjoyed road trips and vacations. She loved to eat crabs for  her birthday or anytime. Judy had an amazing sense of humor. She was genuinely kind and caring to everyone she met. She was outgoing, ambitious, and brave. Although she faced many hard times, she always moved forward. She was an outstanding and loving mother. A faithful friend. A caring sister. A beloved daughter. A beautiful soul. She is missed by all who knew her.

Judy was sixteen when she had her daugher Jennifer and four years
later had Charles. 
   
Judy left school early to help support her family, working in a local factory.   Undertaking a variety of jobs through the years.  Eventually, Judy became a businesswoman and her own boss.  Opening Judy's Cleaning Service.

Judy Wisner was born Judith Diane Angleberger in Frederick, Maryland on May 29, 1952.  Judy was the tenth child of Charles and Florence Angleberger's ten children: Charles Jr, Mary, Karol, Geri, Melvin, Hilda, John, James, Richard
