Dr Taylor and Richard Jr. I am very sorry for your loss of Julia Anne. I had the wonderful opportunity to get to know your wife and mother when I was appointed to the Granville County Planning Board on February 6, 2012, until she retired from the Board on July 17, 2014. She was a wealth of information and wonderful resource to the Board. She will forever be missed by all who knew her. GOD bless you and the Taylor Family during this time of great loss.
