June Pierson Skidmore was a loving woman, who brought us to church and, we learned to love God. She was a girl scout leader, I went from brownie to cadet :). My Mom had a few talents, sewing, drawing, painting and, many others. She loved her family and, friends and, God, we even had some horses, a cow, two lambs. We alos raised 2 racoons, we would even bring baby birds home. We would raise them and, then take them to the wildlife refuge, or turn them lose. We also had a cat, a few dogs here and, there. My Mom even volentered at a thrift shope and, she and, Dad loved golf. Mom also did straight ski-ing, on the proerty and, loads of walks and, we would go with her some times. She was a fighter until the end, I thank my sister Meredith for letting my Mom live with them, until the time that she was called to her new home in heaven :).
