Justin T. Russell, 32, of Williamstown, NY passed away unexpectedly on March 21, 2019. He was born on April 20, 1986 in Oswego, NY a son of Lois Russell and Daniel Wheeler and was a 2004 graduate of Altmar-Parish-Williamstown High School where he was active in sports, especially baseball. After graduation he played area league softball, Justin loved the Buffalo Bills, the Toronto Blue Jays and was also an active gamer. Justin was currently employed as a foreman with Osmose Utilities Services, Inc., Peachtree City, GA. He had previously worked for the International Wire., Co. 

      Surviving are his mother, Lois Russell, Williamstown, NY, his father, Daniel & Missy Wheeler, South Carolina, a sister, Sarah Trumble Miller and her family, Morgan & Paul Reis, Chris & Cassie Johnson and Dakota Miller, all of Oswego, NY, brothers, Jason & Nicki Wheeler, West Palm Beach, FL, Ben & Sondra Wheeler, Baldwinsville, NY and sister, Samantha & Daryl Hayden, Binghamton, NY their children and their families, several aunts, uncles and cousins including special cousins Natalie, Harley & Bub Holst and Nathan & Elyse Russell and two God daughters, Aubree & Brianna. Justin was predeceased by a son, Tyler and grandparents, William & Marion Russell and Leon ‘Rob’ & Marge Wheeler. 

      Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of LaRobardiere Funeral Home, Inc., Camden, NY. Public graveside services will be held at a later date in Fairview Cemetery, Williamstown, NY at a time to be announced.
