Honeoye Falls: April 11, 2011, in Rochester, NY at the age of 25. He is survived by his son, Noah; his parents, Edward and Deborah O'Brien; his brother, Shaun, and his sister, Meaghan Onofrio. He is loved and will be missed by his grandfather, Ray Milne; aunts and uncles, Rick and Lou Milne, Ray and Connie Milne, Becky and Dale Adkins as well as cousins, Cody, Chris, Kelly, R.C., Dale, and Stephanie. He will also be sorely missed by numerous other family and friends.
Kade graduated from Honeoye Falls-Lima School in June 2004. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 2004-2008 with two deployments to Fallujah, Iraq. He was honorably discharged as a Sergeant in 2008. He was currently a full-time student at MCC and working for a construction company.
His family will receive friends of this wonderful man on Friday, April 15, 2011, from 2-4 and 6-9 pm at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc. 59 Monroe Street, Honeoye Falls. His Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 16 at 11 am at the First Presbyterian Church, 27 N. Main St., Honeoye Falls. Burial with Full Military Honors will take place in Honeoye Falls Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Noah's Scholarship Trust Fund, c/o Cody Milne Trustee, 27 Norton St., Honeoye Falls, NY 14472.
