Karla Jean Schwenn was born into this world on March 22, 1955 and returned to our Heavenly Father on May 29, 2017.  Karla enjoyed many things in this life including camping, mountain biking, hiking, eating wild game, seeing new places, having new adventures, yoga and other things but her true passion was her love for her children and grandchildren. Karla was well known in the Boulder, Colorado Yoga community.  Karla was born in Wisconsin but eventually made her way out west living in Wyoming, Utah, and Colorado. Karla has 3 children and always said she was the best mom ever. One of Karla's proudest moments was when she graduated from the Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado with a masters degree. Karla is survived by her childen, Jared (Heather) Ryan, Holly (Brian) Reidel, and Alyssa (Josh) Petronella.  Karla is survived by her brothers Mike Schwenn of Rock Springs Wyoming,  Craig (Patti) Schwenn of Oregon, Wisconsin. Sisters Denise (John) Mackun and Beverly Schwenn in St. George Utah. Karla is also survived by her grandchildren Marshall, Brilee, Carter, Quinn, TJ, and Tori.  Karla is preceeded in death by her Brother Alan Sinclair, Mother Blanche Hawkes, and Father Arnold Schwenn.  Karla's journey of peace, wellness, and adventure came to an abrupt end and she will always be missed and forever in our hearts. A memorial will be held at a later date.
