I worked with Karlene for many years and I always loved speaking with her. She was a fantastic person with an infectious personality. This was very sad news indeed but I know she is in a better place. God speed to you Karlene, you will be missed.

I've only known Karlene for the past 7 years through LexisNexis, but always found her to be a peaceful and calming spirit and an encouragement.  I will miss her quick whit.

I have know Karlene since she started at Lexis. I will miss her positive attitude and warm smile. She was such a great person and always made others feel special. We will miss her so much. My prayers are with her family.

Karlene worked in my organization for many years and was one of the nicest, kindest persons I have ever known. I saw her at a work event in Nashville in August and got a big hug from her. Thankfully that will be a lasting memory for me. I will miss her greatly and am deeply saddened by her passing. My prayers are with Karlene and her family.

Happy Birthday Karlene. I remember seeing you at the Dayton Airport as my wife and I were headed to Florida on vacation and you were heading back to D.C. after meetings in Dayton. Unfortunately, you passed soon after that BUT.......I was SO GLAD we got to see you.

My friend Karlene

It is hard to believe that it has been 4 years.  My wife and I were flying to Florida a couple of weeks before Karlene passed and were fortunate enough to run into Karlene at the Dayton Airport.  She was flying back from LexisNexis business meetings in Dayton.  She was an integral part of our Customer Support organization for so many years and we were so fortunate to have her.  It was even more fortunate that my wife and I got to see her at the airport that day, as I had moved on to another role within LN and had not seen Karlene in a couple of years.  As I mentioned.......she passed away soon thereafter and I think someone was watching over us to afford us the opportunity of seeing her that day.  I greatly miss your warm smile and warm personality.
