It is hard to believe that it has been 4 years.  My wife and I were flying to Florida a couple of weeks before Karlene passed and were fortunate enough to run into Karlene at the Dayton Airport.  She was flying back from LexisNexis business meetings in Dayton.  She was an integral part of our Customer Support organization for so many years and we were so fortunate to have her.  It was even more fortunate that my wife and I got to see her at the airport that day, as I had moved on to another role within LN and had not seen Karlene in a couple of years.  As I mentioned.......she passed away soon thereafter and I think someone was watching over us to afford us the opportunity of seeing her that day.  I greatly miss your warm smile and warm personality.
