My Second Dad

May 29, 2015

Dear Dad,
I have to say you were a Dad to me and I always felt like your Daughter. You were sweet and kind to me always. You did so much for us over the years and I loved your company. I loved knowing you would be at my house when I got home on Fridays. Playing with Anthony and watching the way you to laughed and smiled together warmed my heart. I am so grateful for all of those times and what a great influence you were on my son. I know the man he has grown up to be has alot to do with you and your caring, gentle soft spoken ways. You will always have a special place in my heart!!!
                                    Love always,
                                      Tracy

"Dad",Grandpa Pozsonyi

May 23, 2015

"Dad" I remember the first time I met you. I was eighteen years old, and Vic brought me over to meet you and "Mom". I was so nervous because I had a hard time understanding you because of your accent. So,I just kept smiling and nodding my head. You were always so kind to me and you welcomed me into your family. It's been thirty-two years since that day, and I can honestly say that I never heard you speak negatively about anyone. You always had a smile on your face and a story to tell.(finally, after all those years I could understand you) Victor Jr. and Tori Nicole were so blessed to have you for a grandpa, and I was blessed to have such a kind father-in-law! We miss you so much and love you very much! Rest Easy "Dad"Love, Lori

Family, Love

May 18, 2015

When we were young, I used to think that everybody had more than we did.  My friends had big houses, had the coolest toys, wore the best and most up to date clothes.  As I grew older, I realized that all those "things" were not so important.  I realized the importance of family, togetherness and love.  As children,we may not have gotten everything we wanted, but we always, always got everything we needed, thanks to our Mom and Dad.  We received unconditional love, support and most importantly,we had each other--family.  Dad loved spending time with the family, especially more so as he grew older.  Dad, I would give up all of my "things" if I could just have a little more time with you.  I love and miss you so much.
