Joan Seaman she was the greatest cook in the family she could woop up the greatest tasting meals for cheap money I got so many good recipes from this girl of course I screwed them up at first but learned alot from her best days was st pattys always a party at cathy s after the parade kids birthday partys family get together good times

I remeber that too! She always made us go to church and CCD! We hated it but it sure did leave some great memories!

My whole childhood has kathy in it. I remember all the way back from the age of 4 years old. As a kid my favorite day of the year was the day of the st. patricks day parade knowing there was going to be a huge party at Kathy's house. It was always fun for me. It was better than xmas. On sunday after church us kids would come home and she would have blueberry pancakes made. Yummy that is something I only got at Kathy's house. I will never in a million years forget her. Kathy will live in my heart forever. Kathy was like a second mother to me. kathy you are gone but you will never be forgotten. God only takes the very best. love you
