Hard to wrap my mind around this moment. Knowing Kathy is with God brings peace. Reading all her accomplishments reminds me of how far successful she was. I will love & remember Kathy always. She was a great friend and it would always be my honor to have her in my life. Kathy added a specialness to our college years. Love you always Kathy ❤️

Memory eternal Kathy As we remember you on your birthday, I think of the wonderful walks your Mom and I enjoyed in Astoria when you were a baby. We had some wonderful times!

With so much sadness. It was the most beautiful viewing/funeral service i’ve ever attended. 7 priests, the full traditions.
She is an angel in heaven where she was needed more to continue her service to God. As she truly was an angel on earth. Praying for peace and strength for husband Johnny, her beautiful young children & loving family she left behind. We will miss you, Tim & Betsy

What a devastating loss to our St. Thomas family and community. Kathy was such a devoted mother, wife, daughter, educator and volunteer. She always had a smile on her face and was very kind and friendly to all. May her soul Rest in Peace and her Memory be Eternal. May the Good Lord bring comfort to her family in this extremely difficult time.

Our hearts are broken with the news of Kathy’s passing. Our memories are when we met her as a baby in Astoria; attending her baptism; and meeting up with her Mom at least 4 times a week to stroll this precious baby up and down Steinway in Astoria where we lived about 4 blocks from one another. Later when we all moved - Kathys family to Wheeling and we to Ft Wayne, we would periodically meet in Columbus and spend a few days together. When her brothers were born we were blessed to become godparents to Nick. Her family moved east and we moved north but always kept in touch and occasionally visited in Trenton.
From a young age the attributes describing Kathy above existed from a child and we were so proud to see her accomplishments in college and then see her flourish as a Wife and Mom.
To her beloved family, we express our sincerest sympathy. All we can offer you now is our prayers that God grant you all the needed strength during this difficult time. May God keep her memory eternal.
Love from “Theo” Jim and “Thea” Goldie.
