This memorial page was created in memory of my mom, Kathy Hall-McKeown, 54 years old, born on March 13, 1966, and suddenly passed away on the evening of January 12, 2021. She leaves behind four daughters and twelve grandchildren. We will miss her forever.

It's been almost a whole year since I've seen your face. I call your voicemail sometimes and put the phone to Haley's ear so she can hear her grandma's voice... but it has not gotten easier. The loss of you is felt immensely and my heart still feels crushed with the weight of it. I miss you mom.

God’s Best

July 1, 2021
I never actually met Kathy in person but somehow we connected thru Facebook and I am so very grateful to God for her friendship!
I was going through a very lonely time in my life and I prayed God would send me a friend who loved Him as much as I and He sure did answer.  We spoke over the phone and even FaceTimed a couple of times!  Kathy would say, “ you bake something and I will bake something and we can take a picture of it then share it with each other and have a cup of coffee ☕️together.”  That was fun!  So many times I couldn’t sleep so I would get up in the middle of the night to read my Bible and there was Kathy reading her Bible App too! Because we both were friends on the same Bible App(coincidence, I don’t think so)we could see each other’s posts!  She would pray with me and I with her!  We really became like sisters.  We shared church videos, pictures and prayers.  We even shared the same Birthday month and love for coffee, our kids, grandbabies and Jesus!  We had actually messaged each other the evening before she went to Heaven. I had no idea she would be going so quickly!
Many times, We spoke about one day meeting in person and some day we will meet in Heaven.  I pray her beautiful daughters and precious grandbabies always know how much she loved them and her dad and sister and extended family too.  She loved Holidays, her Bible, the ocean, walks, flowers, fingernail polish and Jesus!  I met her while she lived in California and although she loved being there she loved Washington too! I was the most blessed that God gave me such a lovely friend!  Kathy looking forward to meeting you in Heaven someday!
