Kay was and always will be my daughter, she fell asleep aged 9 months and three weeks old, she died in Liverpool Childrens hospital, Myrtle st, Liverpool. Kay had a heart problem where her heart ventricles were joined together which means basically instead of having four heart ventricles like normal people she only had two, Surgeons tried to separate them to make four but sadly she never woke up after her open heart surgery.

A few years after her death we learnt that she was involved in the Alder Hey body parts scandal we then held three more funerals to bury the parts the surgeons cruelly took away from my baby girl without our knowledge these parts included her heart her kidneys and others parts they had took to experiment on, my daughter has now had five funerals including moving her when the church she was buried in originally was closed and built on all I can say through tears is my daughter didn’t go quietly, I miss her every single day and wonder what she would be like now would she have children? would she have a career? it’s something I will never know.

my daughter lives in in the hearts  of all of my family including her siblings Karla, Sammy and Kyle also her nieces and nephews, until I can hold you in my arms once more my darling baby girl play happily with the angels xxxxx
