           Cause of Death:  Lung Cancer/ Heart Failure


            Kay was diagnosed in May 2012 with Terminal Lung Cancer Stage 3A. She continued Chemo treatments through March 2013, until she became ill with Pneumonia. She was then admitted to the hospital, where she remained until she went home to be with the Lord on April 19, 2013 at the Hazard ARH Regional Medical Center. Her caregivers at home were her Loving and Devoted Husband; Doyle Collett, Her Grandchild; Jordan Collett Lewis, & Her Daughter; Tonya Priscilla Collett.
