This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Keith Kemmerer, 61, born on April 26, 1955 and passed away on September 19, 2016. We will remember him forever. He was only 61 years old still had life to live but was truly suffering inside and now he is flying high with the Angels and his wife Carlotta Bland-Kemmerer.
